Antidumping

At Landa Consultores we are one of the strategic alliances with the greatest knowledge in antidumping consulting. Our Company is the only Chilean consulting firm with recognized experience in this area. We work closely with the law firms in the USA and Mexico in charge of the process, being recognized by all of them the undoubted value of our services to successfully face the defense of the interests of national exporters.

It should be noted that our services are very specialized, being one of the few consulting firms worldwide that offers them, this is due to the little experience and zero training in this area, it does not replace legal advice at all.

Our professionals actively participated in both Chile and the U.S. in the process of accusation of dumping that the U.S. Government developed against the Chilean Salmon, Grape, Shrimp, Turkey, Raspberry industry.

In this process we were responsible for advising all the respondent companies as a whole, with common and specific guidelines for each company. In the case of the Salmon Industry, we have been supporting them since 1997, starting with different strategies for a good performance of their review. For the grape industry, the preparation of the numbers was fundamental in the arguments that managed to put an end to the lawsuit filed by the petitioners. In the Raspberry our client obtained zero rate in the investigation stage, which leads him not to be involved in this lawsuit while it lasts, the same in the case of Shrimp our client was the only Ecuadorian company with zero rate in its investigation period.
